Absolutely. Every session is scaled to your level by a qualified coach, so first-timers and seasoned athletes train side by side safely.

Sessions are designed to be completed in 30 minutes — a full-body strength and cardio stimulus with zero wasted time.

We are at 649 Borzoi Street, Garsfontein, Pretoria East — minutes from Faerie Glen, Woodhill, Moreleta Park, Olympus and Boardwalk.

Yes. We offer flexible freeze options and clear cancellation terms depending on your plan length. Our team will walk you through it before you sign up.

Your free trial includes a full coach-supported 30-minute session and a fitness assessment so you can experience TENROUNDS before committing.

There are no class times and no crowded machine queues. You walk in, a coach guides you through a structured 30-minute, heart-rate-guided HIIT workout across our stations — including four boxing-bag stations — and you are done. It is the efficiency of personal training with the energy of a group floor.

Just comfortable training clothes, training shoes and a water bottle. We provide the equipment and the coaching. If you are on a 6 or 12-month membership, your free TENROUNDS boxing gloves are included too.

Not at all. Every workout is scaled to your current level by a qualified coach, so you train at the right intensity from day one and progress safely at your own pace.

We are open early until late, seven days a week, so you can train around work and family. Anytime access lets you train during all opening hours, while Off-Peak access covers our quieter daytime window.
